A second man has been arrested in connection with a serious sexual assault in Ipswich.
The attack happened between 12am and 1.30am last Friday close to the skate park at Stoke Bridge.
The victim, a woman aged in her 30s, reported being taken into some bushes close to the towpath by two men, where she was then raped.
The offenders then left the scene.
A second male has been arrested in connection with the incident following the arrest of the first suspect earlier today.
Both men were arrested on suspicion of rape and the pair are being questioned at Martlesham Police Station.
Police are continuing to appeal for any potential witnesses, including anyone who was in Stoke Bridge at the time of the incident.
