A 55-year-old man has been fined for breaching a criminal behaviour order in a Suffolk town.
Darren Hodgson, of Northgate Lodge, in Bury St Edmunds, was arrested in the town centre on October 10 after he was found to be in possession of alcohol.
Hodgson appeared at Suffolk Magistrates' Court in Ipswich on October 11 charged with breaching a criminal behaviour order made on August 29.
He was fined £60 and given a victim surcharge of £24.
