A staple of the Stowmarket calendar is returning – with thousands of yellow rubber ducks making a splash.
The 1st Combs Scout Group is holding their annual Duck Race at Pikes Meadow, Combs Ford, on June 8, with events kicking off from 2pm.
The charity, based on Combswood Drive in Stowmarket, has 150 young people attending its weekly meetings.
Group Scout Leader, Lisa Brown, and Assistant Scout Leader, Mitchell Billing, of 1st Combs said: "The annual duck race is back for our 35th year and it’s our biggest fundraiser of the year.
“It always attracts many families in the Stowmarket area, with something for everyone so come down and join in the fun.”

2,000 ducks will be released along the river in a fun-filled race with prizes to be won!
They’ll also be a tombola, BBQ, bake sale, games and fun fair to keep the whole family entertained.
The annual duck race is a key fundraising event for the scout group.
