With bursts of brilliant sunshine amid a few brief showers of rain, day one of the Suffolk Show was heralded as a resounding success.

Thousands of people made the journey to the show, and they were certainly not disappointed.

With the very best our county has to offer on display at Trinity Park near Ipswich, the show once more made us proud to call Suffolk home.
