A new business is offering people of all ages a unique experience on two Suffolk rivers to explore the water in a fun, environmentally friendly way.

Suffolk Jet Ski has launched in the Felixstowe area, offering people the chance to blast around and experience the River Deben and Orwell River in ways they haven't before.

The business is a small family run venture and people can book to experience the two rivers for either 45 minutes, or for 90 minutes on a River Safari or a Sunset River Experience.

On Facebook, they said they want to "redefine the jet ski experience".

The business added: "It's all about a fun, personalised way to explore the beautiful rivers of Suffolk."

The company also adheres to the waterways' rules for speed and noise control.

Riders must be aged 18 or over to drive a jet ski, but anyone over the age of 12 can ride as a passenger and as accompanied by an adult, they will be able to drive the jet ski.

The experiences either start from the Old Felixstowe Ferry for the River Deben tour, or from Levington Marina for the Orwell River tour.

Full training and a safety briefing is provided to riders, with wet suits and buoyancy aids provided on arrival.

Riders will also be accompanied by a qualified Royal Yacht Association Level 2 instructor when out on the rivers.
