A former gym premises in a seaside town is now being advertised for sale for £200,000.
The vacant space above the Boots store in Hamilton Road in Felixstowe used to be occupied by Coastside Fitness, but is now being marketed through commercial property estate agents Penn Commercial.

The advert states the gym is next door to residential property and is 'open plan' with ladies and gentleman's shower rooms.
It said: "Indicative plans for residential conversion have shown a viable split to provide two one-bedroom apartments and two two-bedroom apartments.

"This would be subject to the usual conditions with converting from Class E."
The Penn Commercial page also talks of the premises' close proximity to the town centre, with its shops, cafes and banks, as well as the seafront, while there are car parks nearby.
