An investigation has been launched into the underage sale of alcohol in a coastal town.
Officers from Suffolk police have recently been conducting foot patrols in Felixstowe town centre.
Over the weekend, an officer spotted a group of young people looking into a plastic and, after questioning the group, discovered they were sold alcohol despite being underage.

The alcohol sold to the group included vodka, cider and pre-mixed drinks.
A spokesman for the police said the alcohol was seized and enquiries have been launched with partner agencies in relation to licensing offences.
Anyone with information of any retailer selling alcohol to under 18s can report it to Suffolk Trading Standards on 0808 223 1133.
