Police cameras clocked a driver on their phone while speeding on the A11 through a west Suffolk village this week.
On Monday afternoon, at some time between 3.15pm and 4.15pm, a driver was caught using their phone while travelling at 47mph on the 40mph section of A11 in Barton Mills, near Mildenhall, west Suffolk.

Police say using a phone and speeding are two of the 'fatal four' offences which pose a risk to life.

They confirmed a postal notice of intended prosecution will be sent to the registered owner of the vehicle involved.
The owner will then have to provide the details of who was riding the vehicle at the time of the incident and that person will then be summoned to court.
