A car has been destroyed in a blaze in an east Suffolk village. 

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service were called to the incident in Rendlesham Lane, near the village of Eyke, at 12.35pm on Tuesday, July 16. 

One fire engine from Woodbridge attended and found a car "well alight" upon arrival.

Images taken by Woodbridge Fire Station show the aftermath of the fire and the damage to the car's interior and exterior.

A stop time for the incident was called just after 1pm.
