A town's garden centre is celebrating after being named one of the best in the country.
Perrywood in Sudbury has been named the second best garden centre at the Garden Centre Association awards for the Eastern region.
The Eastern region covers East Anglia, London (North of the Thames), and across to Oxfordshire.
Simon Bourne, retail director at Perrywood, said: "These awards recognise our team’s huge effort every day to keep our garden centres looking their best.
"Each of our team plays a crucial role in creating the best possible customer experience; I am proud of them all.”
Earlier this year the business was recognised as the best indoor lifestyle department in the UK at the National Garden Centre Association awards.
It was also named the 32nd best garden centre in the country moving up from 40 in 2023.
Perrywood Sudbury has been given planning permission by Babergh District Council to build a new garden centre which will include a restaurant.
The plans, submitted to the council in December, stated that part of the existing garden centre off the A134 would be demolished and extended.
