The best Suffolk campsites have been revealed in a list of the most outstanding places to stay in the UK. 

Campsites.co.uk has shared its annual list of the 150 best places to holiday across the country. 

It highlights the best camping, glamping and touring sites across the UK celebrating those who offer campers a "reliably great holiday". 

The sites chosen are a combination of award winners and other camp grounds who have gained excellent reviews for the experience given to campers.

The five Suffolk campsites included in the list are: 

  • Brick Kiln Farm Campsite in Campsea Ashe, near Wickham Market
  • Haws Wood Farm Caravans and Camping in Hinton, near Dunwich
  • Newbourne Woodland Campsite in Newbourne, near Martlesham
  • Shottisham Campsite in Shottisham, near Woodbridge
  • The Croft Campsite in Ubbeston, near Halesworth
