Homeowners in the county are being warned after a resident was approached by doorstep traders.
Suffolk Trading Standards received a report on Wednesday stating traders were going door to door in Sudbury offering to clean driveways.
One homeowner was approached at the door by two men, one driving a dark coloured van and the other in a car.
The traders offered to clean the driveway and attempted to start the work even though the resident had declined.

Suffolk Trading Standards has issued advice for doorstep trading including to never agree to have work done as a result of a cold call, get quotes from multiple traders if work needs doing to your home and only pay in full once the work is completed.
