A town council has made the decision to cancel a party in the park event.
Lark in the Park in Mildenhall was expected to take place on the Jubilee Fields in the west Suffolk town on Saturday, August 24.
However, Mildenhall Town Council has said the event has been called off.
In a statement on social media, a spokesman for the council said: "Unfortunately the Council have decided to cancel this year's Lark in the Park due to continued problems with the field and a lack of interest."
The event was originally meant to take place in the town on Saturday, July 13 but was pushed back to August to allow extra time for the fields to drain and dry.
The event normally attracts hundreds of people to the town with fair rides, climbing walls and a number of acts on show.
