The trial of a student accused of causing serious injury to a woman by driving a JCB tractor carelessly on a Suffolk road will take place in March 2026.
Before Ipswich Crown Court on Tuesday ( August 6) for a plea and trial preparation hearing via video link from his home in Northern Ireland was 21-year-off Joshua Overend.
He pleaded not guilty to causing serious injury by careless driving on the A1120 between Stowmarket and Yoxford on September 29 last year.
His trial, which is expected to last three or four days, will get underway on March 9 2026.
The court heard that Overend is in the final year of his studies and is on unconditional bail.
