Crews tackled a large blaze in a field near an east Suffolk town after people noticed smoke coming from the area.
At 4.08pm on Sunday, crews were called to a fire in Foxburrow Hall Road in Melton, near Woodbridge, to reports of smoke coming from a field.
Upon arrival, crews found that a large area of the grassland was well alight and the fire was spreading towards an area of woodland.
Two nearby trees also caught fire and beaters and hose reels were used to contain the blaze.

The fire was finally put out at about 9.36pm and the area was made safe, Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service said.
Crews from Princes Street, Framlingham, Woodbridge, Leiston and Ipswich East fire stations attended the scene.
After the five-hour-long fire was stopped, a spokesman for Woodbridge Fire Station said in a post on social media: "It was a busy afternoon for the Woodbridge Crew."
