A supper club which has been described as a "slice of rural escapism" has been added to a top guide for foodies.

Chefs Joey O'Hare and Katy Taylor have been running Husk at Walnut Tree Farm in Thorington, near Halesworth, since the end of 2022.

The pair host supper clubs every Friday and Saturday night offering a seasonal menu with dishes prepared using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

This month it has been added as a new entry in the Good Food Guide with a very good overall rating for uniqueness, deliciousness and warmth.

The dish is Blythburgh pork tenderloin with a sauce made with smoke mackerel from Pinney's based in Orford.

"This is classy, contemporary cooking that has no need to break boundaries or challenge," continued the guide.

Husk also has double suites inside converted cow barns for guests to stay in which were given a perfect 10 in The Times Weekend hotel guide earlier this year.

Tickets for the supper clubs are £72 per person.
