Ross Halls is joined by Southampton podcaster Martin Sanders to get the lowdown on the Saints ahead of the 2024/25 Premier League campaign.

The duo discuss the Blues being back in the top flight, the current mood at St Mary's and overall thoughts on last season as a whole. 

After battling with Town, the Saints earned promotion to the Premier League via the Championship play-offs in 2023/24, an acheivement which saw manager Russell Martin sign a three-year contract extension. 

The two sides first face each other when Kieran McKenna's men travel to St Mary's in September, before hosting them at the start of February.
