Georgiou now joins the Stones, who finished 16th in the fifth tier in 2023/24 and are managed by former Premier League midfielder Matt Taylor, who was appointed their boss in May.
Overall, Georgiou made 13 appearances for the Blues under Paul Lambert during his loan spell from Tottenham in the 2019/20 season.
In January 2021, he left Spurs to join Cypriot top flight side AEL Limassol on a permanent deal, making 23 appearances for them.
He returned to England in 2022 to join then League Two side Leyton Orient, but failed to make an appearance and spent time out on loan at Yevoil Town.
The former Cyprus international impressed in all of Wealdstone's pre-season games this summer and will wear the number three shirt at Grosvenor Vale.
