Ipswich Town have sold out Portman Road for their Premier League opener against Liverpool.
The Blues will face their first top flight game since 2001/02, when they were beaten 5-0 by the Reds at Anfield.
The two sides will meet on Saturday, August 17th (12:30pm), with the game shown live on TNT Sport.
Tickets were put on sale for members who are non-season ticket holders at 10am this morning, with an online queueing system put in place to handle the vast demand.
A message on the website came up before 11:30am to say that tickets for the fixture had sold out. The club have since confirmed that they will 'continue to look at this process to make it as smooth as possible'.
Tickets that are returned will be made available through the resale platform, which will be advertised on the club's website in due course.
Sale dates for Town's second home league game of the campaign - against Fulham on August 31st - are set to be confirmed soon.
