The referee and VAR officials for Ipswich Town's Premier League opener against Liverpool has been confirmed.
Tim Robinson will take charge of the game on Saturday afternoon, assisted by Tim Wood and Steve Meredith. Keith Stroud will be on the touchline as fourth official.
Robinson, who officiated his first Premier League game in December 2019, was promoted to Select Group 1 for the 2023/24 campaign. He refereed 21 top-flight matches last season, giving out 89 yelow cards and zero red cards.

Stuart Attwell will be on VAR this weekend, assisted by Harry Leonard. Attwell was put in the spotlight back in May when Nottingham Forest publicly accused him of being a Luton Town supporter and making biased decisions to attempt to keep his side in the Premier League.
