PAUL EDWARD WELHAM Passed away in West Suffolk Hospital on January 14th 2023, aged 90 years. Husband of the late Kathleen, father to Martin and Colleen, grandfather to Jemma, Ben, Sophie, Daniel and Josh and great grandfather to Ollie, Jess, Esmae and Archie.
