CHURM PATRICIA (PAT) ANNE Passed away peacefully on February 25th aged 90 years. Much loved wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Funeral service will take place at Ipswich Crematorium, on Wednesday March 29th at 11.45 a.m. All friends are welcome to attend. Please wear something colourful. Family flowers only please.
