PHIL OWEN Husband of Pat, dad of Paul and Susie and grandad of Amy and Anna. Passed away at his home in Levington on March 12th, surrounded by family. There will be a funeral service held at St Peter's Church, Levington on Wednesday April 12th at 11.30 a.m. Followed by a private family burial, and light refreshments at Levington Village Hall.
