JOAN MEREDITH (formerly Jennings, née Warren) Passed away peacefully at Sydney Brown Court, Hadleigh on 23rd July, aged 87 years. A loving and much loved Mum, Grandma and Great Grandma. Funeral service to be held at Seven Hills Crematorium on Friday, 11th August at 10:30 a.m. Family flowers only please, but donations may be made for Cancer Research UK and Dementia Research UK via https://joanmeredith.muchloved.comTributes
