The A140 remains shut this morning while investigation work continues following a crash invovling a HGV.
It has been 15 hours since the road closed following the single-vehicle collision in the southbound carriageway near Brome.
The crash involving a HGV happened close to the Roy Humphreys Industrial Estate at about 4.30pm on Wednesday (January 18).
Following this, Suffolk Police tweeted that the road had been closed and a diversion route was in place.
Drivers are being advised to find alternative routes.
The extent of any injuries remains unknown.
