A Bury St Edmunds mum-of-three is living her dreams by opening a quality children's clothing store to fill a hole she's identified in the town.
Rozina Hajdarmetaj, 31, is opening her children's clothing business Bimbi in the previous site of The Bodhi Tree in The Traverse.
"It's been my passion for many many years," she said.
"I was just waiting for the opportunity."
With three children herself, Vanessa, 10, Kevin, 8, and Emma, 3, Miss Hajdarmetaj said she'd always struggled with finding stylish children's clothing.
Fed up with having to travel to Cambridge for the shopping experience she desired, she decided to take the leap and create her own business.
"I want to create a friendly shopping experience," she said.
"Something personal where I can help parents dress their children for years to come."
With Bimbi, Miss Hajdarmetaj is hoping to introduce children's clothing which is "quite different" from the other franchises in Bury St Edmunds.
Offering high quality products, the shop's main focus is on two to eight year olds, but she also offers some baby pieces, accessories and shoes too.
"Those ages were the easiest times to dress my children," she said.
"Everything in the shop will be things I would buy for my kids."
Miss Hajdarmetaj says that people already seem to be excited at the prospect of something so different in Bury St Edmunds, with many popping their heads through the door of her premises in The Traverse to see what's going on.
"I hope people will love it as much as I do," she said.
"I'm putting my heart and soul into it."
Despite a few delays to acquiring the property, she is now fully in the swing of renovations and is hoping to open at the beginning of April.
