A flood alert has been issued for part of the Suffolk coast.
It has been put in place as the Environment Agency expects minor flooding to coastal roads and footpaths between 8.15pm and 10.15pm in the Southwold area tonight.
Tides are expected to be higher than usual due to the forecast weather conditions during spring tides.
The government body is predicting higher tide levels at the harbourside in Southwold this evening.
On Wednesday, spring tides are set to peak and high water levels may also be seen on the day.
People in the area are being urged to take care on coastal roads and footpaths and not put themselves in unnecessary danger.
Currently, the Environment Agency is not expecting the situation to escalate.
