More incredible pictures of the Northern Lights have been captured after the phenomenon was visible for a second night.
Jodie Eaton managed to capture two stunning pictures of the Northern Lights in Shingle Street and Robbie Cook also managed to snap the rare sighting in Preston St Mary.
The aurora borealis was seen across the county on Sunday evening as well and was visible to the naked eye.
Clear skies made for perfect conditions as many photographers headed out to their favourite spots to capture the Northern lights for a second night in a row.
Aurora is caused by atoms and molecules in our atmosphere colliding with particles from the sun, according to the Royal Museums Greenwich.
The wavy patterns of light are caused by the lines of force in the earth's magnetic field, and the different colours are made by different gasses - the green is characteristic of oxygen, while the purple, blue or pink are caused by nitrogen.
