An application has been submitted for a new single storey two-bedroom home in an east Suffolk village.
The plans proposed by Cretingham Townlands Trust would see the dwelling established in between two existing properties, Hill House and Chart Cottage, in land off The Street in Cretingham.
The home would consist of a kitchen/dining/living area, a utility room and two bathrooms.
One of the two bedrooms would also feature an en-suite.
If approved, new vehicular access and parking provision would be created in front of the home alongside a storage shed for bicycles and an electric vehicle charging point.
