A man has been taken hospital after emergency services were called to a medical incident close to a Suffolk airbase.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to the medical emergency in Brandon Road, near to RAF Lakenheath, at about 11.55am on Monday.
An air ambulance was called to the scene.
Two appliances from Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service were also in attendance.
A spokesperson for the East of England Ambulance Service said: "One man was transported to Addenbrookes Hospital for further assessment and care."
A spokesperson for Suffolk police said the road was shut as of 12.20pm.
