Nighy is one of the UK's most famous actors and has starred in hit films such as Love Actually and Pirates of the Caribbean, with his "dulcet tones" sure to add a little "je ne sais quoi" to the series.
Kate Ansell, Channel 5 and Paramount+ commissioning editor, said: "The beautiful landscape of the Norfolk and Suffolk region makes this series a real feast for the eyes."
It is the second show in recent weeks to showcase the county, with TV presenter and comedian Susan Calman heading to Suffolk for her show Summer By The Sea.
