The asking price for the flat used by one of the main characters in a BBC comedy filmed in Suffolk is up for sale.
Located in Double Street in Framlingham, the flat was the home of Lance Stater in the hit show Detectorists.
The BBC series was filmed in the east Suffolk town and the surrounding area, and aired between 2014 and 2022.
Having been put up for sale with a guide price of £225,000 in July, it has now been reduced to £200,000.
Listing the property, Huntingfield Estates described the one-bedroom flat as "within walking distance of the Market Square".
The home also possesses views looking out towards Framlingham Castle, while there is also a kitchen and large sitting and dining room.
At the rear of the property sits a spacious veranda.
Huntingfield Estates advises there is potential for a second bedroom at the property.
The flat is on a lengthy lease and has a peppercorn rent of £1 a year.
