The plea hearing for three men accused of attempted murder after another man was run over in Beccles has been delayed.
Nathan Baker, 19, and Daniel Hermon, 26, appeared before Ipswich Crown Court on Monday charged with attempted murder after a man in his 50s was allegedly attacked before being run over in London Road in the east Suffolk town.
However, the next hearing of the case has been delayed until January 24 because the third defendant, 27-year-old Lewis Aldridge, of Market Place, Southwold, was not scheduled to appear on Monday and only on Saturday appeared at Suffolk Magistrates' Court charged with attempted murder and possession of bladed article.
Hermon, of Market Place in Southwold, and Baker, of Quay Street in Halesworth, have both been remanded in custody.
If a trial goes ahead, it is set for May 10 and is expected to last 10 days.
