A 17-year-old boy has died following a crash outside a Suffolk town.
Emergency services were called to Sudbury Road, between Sudbury and Bulmer, at about 11.15pm on Saturday.
A spokesman for Essex Police said officers were called to reports that a silver Ford Fiesta had crashed into a tree.
The spokesman confirmed that the driver, a 17-year-old boy, died at the scene.
They added: "Specialist officers are supporting his family.
"We do not believe any other vehicles were involved and our enquiries into the collision are ongoing."
Anyone with any information is being asked to contact Essex Police quoting the incident number 1277 of February 3.
