A flood warning and a number of flood alerts are in place following yet more torrential downpours.
The Environment Agency has issued the warning, which means flooding is expected, for the Stour Brook between Haverhill and Sturmer, in Essex.
A spokesman for the authority said riverside properties and the A1307 and A143 are most at risk of flooding.
Flood alerts are also in operation following heavy rain on Saturday evening.
Alerts are in force along the River Lark near Bury St Edmunds, the River Gipping, between Needham Market and Ipswich, and the River Deben.
The River Brett and parts of the River Stour, near Sudbury, have also been placed under an alert.
Suffolk has experienced extended periods of heavy rainfall since Thursday.
