The Princess Royal has cancelled her planned trip to Suffolk today.
Princess Anne is no stranger to the county, having visited on a number of occasions.
Her most recent trip was in March last year when she visited Ipswich, Felixstowe, Southwold and Lowestoft.
It was announced at the end of January that Princess Anne would be coming to Suffolk this month.
The Princess Royal was due to visit the Suffolk Punch Trust in Hollesley near Woodbridge today, but it has been reported by those awaiting her arrival at the site that that she will no longer be able to attend the event.
The circumstances around her absence have not been disclosed.
In 2019 the Princess Royal visited Newmarket, Stowmarket and Martlesham where she delivered the royal seal of approval to a range of new facilities.
As well as this, Princess Anne stopped off at Adnams Brewery in Southwold to mark its 150th anniversary.
