Suffolk Highways has advised the closure will remain in place "until further notice" and advised people to find an alternative route.

20 tankers of surface water were also pumped from Bardwell Road in Barningham, near Bury St Edmunds, this afternoon.
Part of the A14 in Newmarket was also closed due to the rain.
