A pub in a village near Woodbridge has closed suddenly, it has emerged.
The Turks Head in Hasketon has announced it has closed its doors.
In a statement, a spokesman for the pub said: "Unfortunately the Turks Head is now closed, a decision made by the company.
"Just want to thank everyone who came and visited us throughout our time with the Turks Head."
The Red Cat Pub Company, which runs the pub, has been approached for comment.
The closure of the Turks Head comes amid a difficult time for the pub industry, with several venues in Suffolk closing since the Covid lockdowns.
