Drivers are being warned ahead of a 48-tonne excavator being transported along the A12 and A14 next week.
The 23.5 metre long load will be transported from Birmingham to Sizewell C, near Leiston, on Tuesday, April 2.
The abnormal load will arrive in Suffolk at about 12pm, Suffolk police has said.
Officers will start their escort on the Cambridgeshire border on the A14.
The route is as follows: A14 Cambridgeshire border - A12 - B1122 - Lover's Lane - local roads to Sizewell C.
It comes after a 100-tonne transformer was transported from Sizewell A power station earlier this month.
