A man from Suffolk has been ordered to pay out almost £500 for speeding in a village in Lincolnshire.
Patrick Joseph Delaney, of Broadgrass Green in Elmswell, near Bury St Edmunds, was caught going 40mph in the 30mph limit on the A151 in Whaplode, near Spalding.
The incident happened on May 25 last year.
He was given three points on his licence and has been fined £112, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £45 and told to pay £300 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Delaney, 27, of Elmswell pleaded guilty in March.
