A charity shop is expected to open in a Suffolk town centre.
Mind, which raises money for money for those suffering with mental health, is expected to take over part of the former Glasswells store in North Street, Sudbury.
The charity is currently advertising for a number of roles for the store including, shop manager, assistant shop manager and a Sunday supervisor.
Glasswells closed its Sudbury store in May last year after seeing an increase in demand for online shopping.
Last year planning permission was approved for a 3000 sq ft retail outlet on the ground, with four flats above.
Speaking about the closure, Paul Glasswells said: "We have seen large business leave busy towns and it is the smaller independent businesses which are taking their place, with living accommodations on the higher levels.
"This is something we have thought about for a while and I believe it is the best decision for our shop in Sudbury.
"People are purchasing more online rather than in person, therefore it is vital we use the space to our advantage."
