The property for a Stowmarket café and wine bare has been listed on Rightmove and it is set to close following its sale.
Langams Café and Wine Bar has occupied the premises at 4 Market Place in the mid Suffolk town since 2019.
The Rightmove listing said "due to a change of personal circumstances the café will be closing upon completion of a sale".
The premises comprise of an attractive Grade II Listed mid-18th century property of timber-frame construction with plaster and colourwash finish, under a slate roof.
