A new Italian restaurant serving venison steak, Spaghetti Pescatore and Focaccia bread will soon open in the Buxhall Crown property, near Stowmarket.
The Italian restaurant, Lavista Crown, announced the news on its social media earlier this month in a post that read "we are opening soon".
New owner and head chef, Ray, said that the location was "love at first sight".
The 16th century property is situated in mid Suffolk in the village of Buxhall, four miles south-west of Stowmarket.
Ray said: "As a mature husband and wife chef team with 25 years experience mainly in busy locations, we hope this picturesque village would be the right venue for a quieter operation."
The owners said they want to bring fresh rustic Italian cuisine to the town using local ingredients.
Ray added: "As we produce all our food from raw ingredients, we know exactly what’s in it. Without an additive in sight, it not only tastes good but does you good! Be sure to try our homemade desserts."
