An independent business is partnering with a charity to launch a social goodness initiative.
Bury St Edmunds-based venue management and event catering company, Seasoned, is teaming up with Ormiston Families, a charity which aids children, young people and families facing trauma, poor mental health and marginalisation, to establish the Social Goodness Foundation.
In February, the partnership began successfully when Seasoned hosted the first Secret Supper Club for Ormiston Families at the Athenaeum.
During this event, guests were served each meal course at three unexpected locations in the town centre.

Paul Chandler-Burns, Seasoned’s general manager at The Apex, said: “Ormiston Families is a charity at the heart of our local community providing crucially needed support so it seemed a natural fit for our first collaboration through our Social Goodness Foundation.
“The dinner experience was a huge success. Great food, great locations and great conversations."
Ormiston Families’ philanthropy officer, Matthew Pirie, said: “We’re delighted to have the support of Seasoned and can’t wait to work together in making brighter futures for the families we work with."
