A west Suffolk village pub shared its full reopening date after a huge refurbishment to its dining area and garden. 

The Bull Inn, located in Barton Mills near Mildenhall, was recently taken over by the RedCat Pub Company. 

The renovation work has taken place over the past two weeks with the bar area remaining open throughout to serve food and drink. 

The first phase of the project was renovating the exterior of the building before closing the dining area on Monday, April 8.

The pub is holding a launch event to celebrate the full reopening from 6pm on Thursday, April 25. 

A spokeswoman for pub company said: "The evening promises to be a fantastic opportunity to experience the new Bull first hand.

"We've poured our hearts into this project and we can't wait to share it with the community."

Guests at the launch event will be able to sample new dishes from the money and explore the refurbished pub. 

Live music will be playing in the courtyard to add to the celebratory atmosphere.
