Drivers are set to face a 20 minute diversion including part of the A12 while a road is closed for almost a week.
Suffolk Highways said Tunstall Road in Campsea Ashe, near Woodbridge, will be closed for carriageway patching and surface dressing.
The work is set to take place between 8am and 6pm from Monday, April 29 and Friday, May 3.

The works are programmed to take place between 8am and 6pm from Monday 29 April until Friday 3 May.

A 20 minute diversion will be in place while the road is closed.
The diversion route will follow the B1078, B1069, A1152 and the A12.
