The latest art trail is set to hop into Suffolk.

Suffolk is set to bring charm and creativity to various locations in Suffolk in the summer of 2025.

The announcement came from St Elizabeth Hospice, which has successively delivered popular art trails such as Pigs Gone Wild, Elmer’s Big Parade Suffolk and the Big Hoot Ipswich 2022.

The upcoming event will be hosted in collaboration with creative producers Wild in Art.

It will see roughly 38 intricately designed hare sculptures dotted around Beccles and Lowestoft, Felixstowe and Woodbridge - locations that were revealed during a special event at Christchurch Mansion, Ipswich, on April 22.

Celia Joseph, community and projects fundraising manager at St Elizabeth Hospice, said: "We are delighted to announce the Hop to it Suffolk 2025 art trail, as our next art trail.

“It has been a closely guarded secret for many months now, but we are so excited to fully reveal Suffolk will be home to a number of beautifully designed hare sculptures, in support of the hospice, in summer 2025."

The purpose extends beyond showcasing creativity, as these hare sculptures also aim to celebrate the hospice's expanding services throughout Suffolk, Great Yarmouth and Waveney.

Charlie Langhorne, managing director and co-founder of Wild in Art said: “I’m delighted that this time, the satellite locations will enable even more people to enjoy the sculptures.

Hannah Jackson, a supporter of the hospice’s fundraising efforts, having witnessed their critical role providing care to her father in 2023, said: "The art trails get families and friends out together, exploring areas they may not have been to before.

"It also raises awareness of St Elizabeth Hospice and the work it does."
