Hundreds of homes in east Suffolk are currently without water.
People living in Yoxford, Sibton and Darsham are experiencing interruption to their supply.
On Monday morning, Essex and Suffolk Water said some households had low pressure or no water at all.
A statement on its website said: "We are aware of an issue that is affecting the water supply in your area.
"We are currently investigating and working hard to get this fixed."
The water company said on X, formerly Twitter, that emergency repairs were being completed.
