Hundreds of west Suffolk homes are currently with little or no water after a pump failure.
People living in and around Bury St Edmunds have been affected by the issue.
Anglian Water are currently working to get the problem fixed as soon as possible.
A statement on their website said some homes have low pressure or no water at all because of the pump failure.
A spokesman for the water company said the issue is expected to be fixed by 2pm.
