The trial of a 60-year-old accused of stealing a credit card from a 78-year-old woman is expected to take place in October next year.
Before Ipswich Crown Court on Thursday for a plea and trial preparation hearing was Suzanne Gregory-Tonnar of Kingshall Street, Rougham, near Bury St Edmunds.
She pleaded not guilty to stealing a Lloyds credit card and fraud by falsely representing she had permission to use the card.
Gregory-Tonnar's trial, which is expected to last four days, will get underway on October 27, 2025.
Judge Martyn-Levett allowed her bail to continue and ordered that a pre-trial review should take place on October 23.
